21st September 2008 Windsurfing: Littlestone Wind Direction: ENE Wind Stength: 12-16 knots Surf / Sea State: choppy, swell out back Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: sunny and windy Max Speed: faster tha Distance Covered: a little bit of a waiting game for water to be sensible distance from paring, but no real stress chilling with the camber posse as wind fills in, kinda sea breeze stylee. Went for the trusty Manta 75 & 7.0m GTX, as still waiting for new toys to arrive. Cracking session in good company, fanging about at high speeds .... surprised fella on jet ski at one point ... LOL. Long distance run out to sea with RichC was quality laugh! Worth the trip, though I'm sure I could have scored a session at Spray with Guy / Paul, it does always seem to come through a bit stronger over at Littlestone than Pevensey in this direction. Really enjoyed the session, sunshine, wind, and good company ... what else do ya need ? |
